The beds are super comfy! close to attractions, clean rooms with ironing & tea facilities. Staff could be friendlier. Breakfast had many options. Overall, great stay but minor service issue. 🛏💤

During our recent stay in Venice, we chose this hotel due to its central location near many popular attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our visit very pleasant. We especially appreciated the complimentary trip to Murano, which was a fantastic addition to our trip. The rooftop bar with a great view was a lovely place to unwind after a day of exploring the city. Additionally, we enjoyed the eco-friendly amenities in the bathroom.

I had an excellent stay in this hotel. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city, very close to everything. The hotel facilities were great, and my room was everything was super clean, with a spacious bathroom. The staff was friendly and accommodating , and the breakfast was delicious. the hotel was conveniently located very close to the Rialto bridge, and transportation to the airport across the canal was easy.

This hotel has an unbeatable location right on the Grand Canal where I enjoyed amazing views. The room service was excellent, and they even offered dry cleaning. Additionally, the staff was friendly, and the room had all the amenities I could ask for, including a comfortable sitting area and a mini-bar.

I would recommend this hotel to my family, no doubt about it.

The location of the hotel was perfect as we were able to easily access all the restaurants and sites we wanted to see. We had an amazing boat tour organized by the hotel, making our stay even more nice. Our room was cozy and comfortable with a Nespresso machine. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Venice.

The location was fantastic, with key tourist attractions and transportation options nearby. The terrace bar was amazing for enjoying late-night cocktails and soaking in the atmosphere.

The cleanliness of the rooms was unsatisfactory, with dust covering many surfaces and housekeeping not adequately restocking essential amenities. The lack of soundproofing in the rooms made it difficult to get a good night's sleep, as we were regularly disturbed by noise from neighboring rooms.
